Spring has sprung, take a short left to Knorhoek!

At last! The sun is out, Spring has finally ‘sprung.’ Covid-19 regulations have been relaxed. What better way to enjoy all this than to be outdoors? Knorhoek in Capetown is just the right getaway spot. Spacious (social distancing is easy here!) and a safe haven for the children, it is simply paradise on earth.

Situated in the Knorhoek Valley just outside Stellenbosch, next to Quoin Rock Wine Estate, easy accessibility makes this working farm the perfect choice for family outings. The allure of delicious farm-to-table dishes, and top Simonsberg wines are just part of the story,’ says their brochure. Don’t take their word for it, take the trip to Knorhoek and indulge yourself and your entire family.

It is a great venue for weddings, children’s parties, or just a quiet, solitary place for some soul-searching in their guesthouses. A family treat is also possible at the self-catering garden cottages. Currently, there is a 30% discount special running that will end on the 30th of September. There is plenty of room for picnics and a clean restaurant that serves sumptuous food prepared by highly skilled and qualified chefs. They also offer three-course feast boxes with an option of home delivery.

Many outdoor activities can be done at the estate. Guests can also delight in birdwatching, cycling, hiking, or running, or take advantage of a leisurely ramble across the estate – all enjoyed in a safe, beautiful space. A choice of three trail routes offer potential sightings of the local wildlife, such as, owls, eagles, porcupines, or even a leopard.

Still waiting? Get hold of them and make outstanding new memories.
